The Grand Canyon being a national park, the National Park Service has done a disservice to the rightful owners – the people of the United States.
I support AZ Gov. Hobbs' decision to bring a lawsuit against the NPS for its failure to attempt to control the devastating fire, which recently consumed many structures and threatened lives and property on the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, not to mention the incalculable beauty which will take many decades, if not centuries, to restore.
The attitude of the NPS and its actions seemed cavalier in the extreme.
