Time to take up a brain exercise program

Please take a moment to think of the human brain as a muscle – if you don’t use it, you lose it.

An awful lot of us are operating with flabby brains!

We waste our mental energy memorizing negative bumper-sticker concepts and then shouting them as loudly as possible at our similarly impaired neighbors.

I humbly suggest we take up an exercise program: Expose our brains to opinions different from our own; try to actually think about issues.

Who knows – this may very well help to reduce the overall stress levels in our culture, and give us the added benefit of staving off Alzheimer’s disease.
