My husband and I walked to the homecoming football game, about six blocks.

Once there, Rollie realized he had forgotten his wallet. He was going to walk back home and get it when a man who had overheard this stepped forward and asked, “Would this get you through?”

He offered a $20 bill.

We thanked him and asked how we could pay him back. He said, “If you want to pay me back, you can find me at the Keesee Motors body shop; I am the manager.”

It was a wonderful random act of kindness.
