I would like to thank our wonderful Dolores library staff for all their hard work this year. I joined the library board this spring in the hopes of supporting their school and family connections. This year has not been easy but they have risen to the challenge. They offered curb-side service, rearranged the building for safely reopening and modified the summer reading program, just to name a few changes. This past weekend, they held the annual Halloween event in the garden and welcomed over 800 community members! My own daughter and her friends had a great time seeing everyone and collecting candy. I really appreciate the staff for making this community event possible so our kids could have some Halloween fun.
