The road north of Mesa Elementary will be closed
Road closures are expected beginning Monday to improve storm drainage.
The schools that are part of the project are Mesa Elementary and Kemper Elementary. There will also be storm drain improvements on Sixth Street.
The projects start on Monday at Mesa Elementary school, where a shoulder closure will be erected along the north side of Seventh Street, north of Mesa Elementary School.
These projects are being completed by WCA Construction LLC, which recently was awarded the 2024 Public Works project for storm drain improvements.
ACM Construction is the traffic control management company for the project.
Schools were alerted of the construction.
