Same problem with billing

In a recent letter with the headline “Billing practices ‘elder abuse,’ ” I could have written this same letter. I am 79 years old and dealing with the exact same problem since June 2022. Centura’s billing department has been unhelpful and uncaring in resolving these upsetting issues.

At our age, difficulties such as these are very frustrating.
