Anne Dal Vera will give a presentation about the triumphs and hardships of the four members of the American Women’s Expedition to the South Pole in 1993 during the Four Corners Back Country Horsemen’s monthly meeting at 7 p.m., Thursday, April 13, at Bayfield Town Hall.

This will be a very personal account of their attempt to become the first all-female team to cross Antarctica on skis and to reach the South Pole on foot.

Nonmembers are always welcome to attend.
