While attending a recent 4CORE EV Ride and Drive event in Cortez, I caught a glimpse of the future. A board member of Empire Electric drove up in his Kia EV6. First, he plugged an electric scooter into his EV to charge it. Later, he set up a table, pulled out a two-burner induction cook-top, plugged it into his EV and proceeded to cook lunch for his family.

Easy to imagine the many ways EVs of the future will be powering our camping trips and daily living as well as providing clean transportation. Pretty inspiring.
