In a recent letter to the editor, Rick Corbitt of Dolores asserted that “Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer and the rest of the anti-gun, anti-Second Amendment politicians have admitted on several occasions that (they would) take all of the firearms from law-abiding citizens ....”

That is not true. Please give us evidence of when this ever happened, was discussed, ever considered a good idea. You can’t? Why are we surprised?

Didn’t your parents and teachers caution you about your nose growing for lying? Crying wolf?
