I would love to see all of our former presidents standing up for our country, our constitution and our civil liberties. Where are they?
A couple have spoken out here and there, but not enough apparently for much of a notice in the news. These are the people who upheld our constitution even in the face of conflicting opinions and even “takedowns” by the supreme court.
Why are they not out there almost literally screaming from the rooftops about the current assault on our liberties? They should be touring the country en masse, speaking out like AOC, Bernie Sanders, Chris Murphy, Cory Booker and others about the rise of authoritarianism here in America.
Why are they not?
