Four employees of the Vista Grande Inn in Cortez were honored by the Colorado Health Care Association at their annual Spotlight on Excellence Awards.

For the state of Colorado, Paula Mitchell was named administrator of the year, Kelly Marston was named director of nursing of the year, and Cheryl Preston was named therapy person of the year. Robin Jaramillo was named CNA of the year for District 6, and was a finalist for the state award.

Colorado Health Care Association has held a Spotlight on Excellence Awards for more than 30 years to celebrate excellence among Colorado’s long-term care providers.
