‘Starts in China, moves to Europe, we’re next’

I hope people are watching the news reports of childhood pneumonia outbreaks in China and Europe. There are many. Why no coverage in The Durango Herald or The Journal? Notice anything similar?

Starts in China, moves to Europe, we’re next. Whether or not it is really pneumonia depends if you trust the media. Forced masking, social distancing, lockdowns are making a comeback in China. Why is this starting over? Are people so dense they learned nothing from the last four years?

None of the panic shifted the trajectory of events, for certain. What it did do is destroy our economy, destroy education, destroy trust in the medical profession, destroy trust in leadership, destroy trust in the media and psychologically harm our kids to an unknown extent. This is not in question.

On the flip side, a few people made a lot of money. Could it be because the first time worked so well for the instigators, they are simply using the same playbook, hoping for a repeat? It’s baffling that nobody seems to be watching this and speaking up. Our country, our economy and our kids cannot survive a repeat of the lunacy.

If you don’t value kids enough to speak up, maybe your love of country is enough. If neither of those do it for you, this message is not for you, you are already lost. If we don’t speak up, we are going to have a massive case of deja vu.
