For The Journal

The Nightingale Sings of Spring, will be presented by the Southwest Singers, a small choir with a beautiful sound. Come and enjoy an evening of springtime songs on Friday and Saturday, May 6 and 7 at the First United Methodist Church in Cortez, 515 N. Park.

Concerts begin at 7 p.m., and an informal reception will follow.
