MONDAY, NOV. 28

12:38 p.m. A woman was arrested in the parking lot of the Ute Mountain Casino, 3 Weeminuche Dr., Towaoc, on a warrant and for obstructing an officer and making an illegal U-turn.

Wednesday, Nov. 30

6:10 p.m.: A man was served two warrants while in custody at the Montezuma County jail, 730 E. Driscoll St.

7:42 p.m.: A deputy entered a man’s residence in the 23900 block of County Road M and arrested him on a warrant.

9:58 p.m.: A deputy investigated a report of damaged mailboxes in the 17000 block of County Road G and planned to forward his findings to the U.S. Postmaster General.

THURSDAY, DEC. 1

12:08 p.m. A man reported that a gas meter in the 1200 block of Central Ave. had been struck by a vehicle and bent back into the fence next to it. Repairs were estimated to cost $200 plus labor.

Sunday, Dec. 4

5:30 p.m.: A man reported that he had backed into a parked vehicle in the 28300 block of Road K.2.

MONDAY, DEC. 5

1:53 p.m. A man was issued a summons in the 16000 block of Colorado Highway 145 for driving with a revoked license.

4:20 p.m. A man was arrested on a warrant at Montezuma County Court, 601 N. Mildred Rd.

4:40 p.m. A man was arrested at the Montezuma County Jail, 730 Driscoll St., on a failure to appear warrant for a motor vehicle tampering case.

TUESDAY, DEC. 6

9:40 a.m. An office manager at PNR Services reported a theft at the company’s office building 1127 Railroad Ave. by an independent contractor who reportedly owed money to the company. A deputy contacted the contractor on Dec. 7, and he provided new information throwing doubt on the claims of theft, and indicating that the owner of the company, in Arizona, had agreed not to press charges if the contractor left town. The deputy closed the case without filing charges.

10:35 a.m. A man was arrested on a warrant at the Montezuma County Jail, 730 Driscoll St.

10:45 a.m. A man was transported to Montezuma County Jail on a remand order.

12:36 p.m. A man was arrested on multiple warrants at Montezuma County Jail, 730 Driscoll St.

2:48 p.m. A woman was issued a summons for driving while her license was under restraint after she was stopped for speeding in the 5000 block of U.S. Highway 160.

4:19 p.m. A man was transported to Montezuma County Jail on a District Court remand order.

6:37 p.m. A man reported the theft of multiple bottles of methadone pills from his home in the 6000 block of County Road 24. The deputy who responded to the call found that the man had made multiple calls in the last three years regarding items being stolen from his apartment, and noted some suspicious details in his story, which he changed while talking to law enforcement. The deputy planned to forward his findings to the district attorney.

9:39 a.m. A man was arrested on a warrant at Montezuma County Court, 601 N. Mildred Road.

11:08 a.m. A man was arrested on a warrant at Montezuma County Court, 601 N. Mildred Road.
