11:51 p.m. A deputy arrested and cited a man with drove a vehicle with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 or more and careless driving at Fourth and Riverside in Dolores.
2:33 p.m. A deputy arrested a man who was witnessed kicking in the door of a property he was trespassed from at 11244 U.S. Highway 491. The man was arrested on suspicion of first-degree criminal trespassing, criminal mischief of more that $300 and violation of a protection order that states he shall not possess, purchase, or control a firearm or other weapon.
9:02 p.m. A deputy took a report for two sun rotted bicycles that were found on the roadside at 20144 Road 36.
2:34 p.m. A deputy cited a man with underage possession/consumption of marijuana in the 1300 block of Central Ave.
4:21 p.m. A deputy took a report for a brush fire at 17909 Road 22, a man was cited with 2-2015 Fire ban for burning during a red flag in place.
11:02 p.m. A deputy assisted during a Colorado State Patrol investigation of a reported vehicle rollover with injuries in the 30000 block of Road L.

9:45 a.m. A deputy served a warrant to a man remanded by the Montezuma County Combined Courts, 865 N. Park St. The deputy arrested and transported the man to be placed into the custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.
