11:50 a.m. A deputy took a report for a theft that occurred in July outside Montezuma County jurisdiction in the 12000 block of U.S. Highway 491.

5:55 p.m. A deputy executed a search warrant that was obtained to retrieve stolen property at the 100 block of E. Seventh St. During the search warrant execution, a woman was arrested on a separate warrant.

9:38 a.m. A deputy took a report of domestic violence and menacing after a woman and her brother asked her ex-boyfriend to leave her residence. The ex-boyfriend is accused to have threatened them with a gun in the 22000 block of Road N.

7:26 p.m. A deputy took a report for a set of stolen tires from a man in the 26000 block of Road L.

11:37 a.m. A deputy served a warrant to a woman in the custody of the Montezuma County Combined Courts at 865 N. Park St.

2:17 p.m. A deputy took a report of an incident at the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

2:34 p.m. A deputy served two warrants to a man in the custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

3:12 p.m. A woman in the 8000 block of Road 29.4 Loop reported fraud after she clicked on a pop-up advertisement on her computer. She called the number provided in locked screen for assistance and was scammed into sending the company close to $10,000s and then could not contact the person who claimed to have been able to help her with servicing her computer.

8:20 a.m. A woman in the 200 block of S. Eighth St. reported her license plate as stolen property from a car she sold in August. The license plate was being traced back to her for charges being accrued in toll taxes in Colorado and Texas.

9:57 a.m. A deputy arrested a man remanded in the custody of the Montezuma County Combined Courts 865 N. Park St. on a warrant for failure to display proof of insurance, careless driving and failing to report an accident. The deputy took the man to the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

1:24 p.m. A deputy took a report of a civil dispute in the 1000 block of Railroad Avenue in Dolores.

2:07 p.m. A deputy served a warrant to a woman in the custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

9:57 a.m. A man was arrested on a warrant after an officer stopped him for speeding in the 8000 Block of County Road 27.

12:55 p.m. A woman was arrested on a warrant in the 24099 Road G.2.

1:30 p.m. A deputy served a warrant to a man in the custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.
