Wednesday, Nov. 8

6:15 p.m. A deputy served a man and woman nonexpiring trespassing notices at 27963 Colorado Highway 184 for threatening an employee after being refused service.

8:29 p.m. A man was arrested for suspicion of DUI. Initially a deputy was requested for a suspicious person slumped over in the driver’s seat outside a woman’s residence. When contacted by law enforcement, he failed roadside maneuvers at the 14000 block of Road 25 of Dolores.

Sunday, Nov. 12

6:38 p.m. A woman was arrested at 41790 Colorado Highway 184 in Mancos on suspicion of domestic violence and criminal mischief after reportedly throwing rocks at her “spouse of three years” and attempting to gain access to his home.

Wednesday, Nov. 15

4:47 p.m. A deputy took a report for fraud from a man who had his debit card taken from his truck by his son in the 3200 block of Road 21 in Cortez.

Friday, Nov. 17

11:05 a.m. A deputy took a report from a woman who was being charged by a toll booth company in Denver. She let the buyer keep plates that were registered under her name, and she did not complete a bill of sale for a car that she sold in August.

Monday, Nov. 20

10:38 a.m. A deputy cited a woman with failure to provide proof of financial responsibility and displaying fictitious plates at 27000 U.S. Highway 160.

Tuesday, Nov. 21

12:53 p.m. A deputy remanded into custody and transported a man with a warrant from the Montezuma County Courthouse 865 N. Park St., to the Montezuma County Detention Center at 730 E. Driscoll St.

4:55 p.m. A deputy remanded into custody and transported a man for failure to comply from the Montezuma County Courthouse 865 N. Park St., to the Montezuma County Detention Center at 730 E. Driscoll St.

Wednesday, Nov. 22

2:44 p.m. A deputy served a man in the custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center a warrant at 730 E. Driscoll St. for possession of a controlled substance.

Friday, Nov. 24

12:53 p.m. A deputy took a report from a woman who was paying for an upgraded phone that was mysteriously added to her plan in the 5000 block of Road 25 in Cortez.

Saturday, Nov. 25

12:54 a.m. A woman reported her husband and dogs missing hours after he left to walk the dogs at Boggy Draw. A search and rescue team was called to help locate the missing man and dogs. A white-out snowstorm kept the man from getting back to his vehicle, but he was found 6½ hours after the report of him missing at 32001 Road W in Dolores with a minor cut on his hand from falling.
