Thursday, Aug. 3

8:44 a.m. A man parked at a residence in the 5500 block of Road 21 claimed his vehicle was broken down and that he was maintaining the property. Later, the man who owns the property told an officer the man was not allowed there.

Tuesday, Aug. 8

12:27 p.m. A woman at the Towoac Travel Center, 1 E. Mike Wash Road, tried leaving a vehicle her boyfriend was driving and the man forced her by the arm and neck back into the vehicle. The man was arrested on a warrant and on suspicion of kidnapping and spousal abuse.

Wednesday, Aug. 9

7:06 a.m. A man in the 14800 block of County Road 31 was arrested on a warrant.

9 p.m. A man who flashed lights, honked his horn and pointed a laser sight at another man on shared driveway in the 41700 block of Colorado Highway 184 was arrested on suspicion of harassment, menacing and violating a protection order.

Thursday, Aug. 10

2:31 p.m. A man at the Montezuma County Combined Courts, 865 N. Park St., was remanded into custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

Friday, Aug. 11

10:01 p.m. A man turned himself over to the custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St., on a warrant
