10:12 p.m. A camper trailer in the 41700 block of Colorado Highway 184 caught fire. The fire was started by a propane lantern.

Sunday, April 14

10:13 p.m. A woman in the 17700 block of County Road 27 was arrested on a failure to appear warrant.

Saturday, April 15

8:05 p.m. An argument between a man and his father in the 24600 block of Road L escalated to the man firing off a hand gun into the ground until it was emptied. The man and his father’s argument escalated into a physical fight. The man was arrested on suspicion of assault.

Sunday, April 16

3:31 p.m. A controlled burn in the 19200 block of County Road N spread to a nearby barn when an item in the fire exploded and hit the barn.

Monday, April 17

4:38 p.m. A controlled burn in the 7900 block of County Road G spread to two trees on a neighboring property.

Tuesday, April 18

11:07 a.m. An officer served a failure to appear warrant to a man in custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

Wednesday, April 19

6:50 p.m. A woman in the 28200 block of U.S. Highway 160 was arrested on two failure to appear warrants and issued summons on suspicion of violating a protection order that restricts her from possessing or consuming alcohol.

7:52 p.m. An officer requested a warrant for a woman on suspicion of violating a protection order. The woman had sent many messages via Facebook to a woman she was restrained from contacting.

Thursday, April 20

6:18 p.m. A man noticed three radiators were missing from his property in the 25000 block of Road F.2. No suspect could be identified. The man valued the radiators at $1800.

Friday, April 21

6:55 p.m. Items that were cleared out from a storage unit at Raptor Self Storage, 26304 Road L, and thrown in a dumpster in Mancos were found on the side of the road in the 13000 block of County Road J. No suspects could be identified.

Saturday, April 22

10:29 p.m. Two men in custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St., got into physical fight that resulted in injuries to both men. One man who instigated the fight was issued summons on suspicion of assault.
