Saturday, March 4

10:10 p.m., A woman allegedly stole her stepmother’s vehicle and ran into a fence in the 12000 block of Road 32. The woman returned the next day with the vehicle and was arrested on suspicion of aggravated motor vehicle theft, criminal mischief, criminal possession of a financial device, DUI and driving under restraint.

Saturday, March 11

3:53 p.m., A woman allegedly broke into a trailer in the 7500 block of U.S. Highway 160 and stole a television, two video game consoles and seven video games. The total value of the items stolen was $668.

Sunday, March 19

7:52 a.m., A woman in the 18000 block of Colorado Highway 145 found that her van had been hit by a vehicle overnight. Cost of replacing the van’s rear bumper and rear headlight was an estimated $200. The vehicle that hit the van is suspected to be a truck.

12:44 p.m., A woman punched her boyfriend in the face and he choked her at their home in 24000 block of Road F.5. Both were arrested on suspicion of assault and domestic violence.

Sunday, March 19

8:22 a.m., An officer served a warrant for failure to appear to a woman in custody at the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

Tuesday, March 21

4:51 p.m., An officer served two warrants to a man in custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

Wednesday, March 22

2:16 p.m., A man turned himself over to the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St., on a nine warrants.

Saturday, March 25

12:06 p.m., A man reported swerving and almost hitting multiple cars head-on was arrested in Woody Fuel Station parking lot, 174 U.S. Highway 160, on suspicion of DUI. The man failed to perform roadside maneuvers satisfactory and provided a breath sample of 0.245 BAC.
