Monday, March 12

1:10 p.m.: Deputies responded to a report of threats made against an employee at Montezuma County Combined Courts, 865 N. Park St., who said a man had left her three voice recordings expressing his frustration about court proceedings. Deputies decided the recordings did not contain any threatening statements and dropped the case due to lack of evidence a crime had occurred.

Tuesday, March 13

8:49 a.m.: A man was arrested in the 1000 block of Railroad Avenue, Dolores, on suspicion of driving under restraint after he was pulled over for driving with six lights on the front of his vehicle.

11:31 a.m.: A man was arrested in the 9000 block of County Road 27 on suspicion of violating a protection order after his brother’s boss claimed he had called her to complain about his brother. A protection order was reportedly in place prohibiting the man from any form of contact with his brother.

3:43 p.m.: A man was remanded to custody from Montezuma County Combined Courts, 865 N. Park St.

6:45 p.m.: A man was served with two warrants from the Cortez Police Department at Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

Wednesday, March 14

10:49 a.m.: A woman was arrested on a warrant at Montezuma County Combined Courts, 865 N. Park St.

4:57 p.m.: A man was served with a warrant at Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

5:31 p.m.: A woman was served with a warrant at Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

Thursday, March 15

1:19 p.m.: Deputies responded to a report of identity theft in the 27000 block of County Road U.2. A woman reported someone had used her identity to open a Comcast cable account that was open from April to November in 2012, costing $320.06 total.

3:28 p.m.: A man was arrested at Montezuma County Combined Courts, 865 N. Park St., on a warrant for failure to appear.

4:24 p.m.: A man was remanded into custody from Montezuma County Combined Courts, 865 N. Park St., for contempt of court.
