The Colorado Supreme Court, which is filled with Democratic Party appointees, has ruled that Donald Trump cannot run for president. To make this decision, the court had to hold that Trump committed an insurrection on Jan 6, even though no legal trial has ever determined that.

The court also took the findings of the Jan. 6 committee, staffed purely with Trump haters, as valid legal findings. Of course, the singular Democratic Party finding will go before the U.S. Supreme Court and undoubtedly be overturned, but the real problem for Coloradans is that we just had it proved to us that Democrats have ruined this state and the “rule of law” has become the “rule of Democrats.” We need to vote Democrats out of office, put Democrats out of business in the state, and consider the “rule of law” to be an arbitrary “whoever is in charge” artifact.
