You may hear that President Donald Trump’s big beautiful bill boosts the U.S. Defense Department budget by tens of billions of dollars. Americans certainly support a strong military to protect us from hostile threats worldwide. But Donald Trump is sabotaging our nuclear defense for an appallingly selfish reason.
In Montana, Wyoming and North Dakota, underground silos contain our intercontinental ballistic missiles to deter any nation from attacking America. But these silos are 60 years old and falling into disrepair with age. Our military set aside $934 million to replace these silos and enhance our nuclear defense.
But Donald Trump has a different idea for that 934 million dollars. He illegally accepted a model 747 luxury jet from a rich Arab nation which he plans to convert into another Air Force One and then keep as his personal jet after he leaves office.
But this jet is not luxurious enough for him. So Donald is redirecting that $934 million from nuclear defense to gold-plate his big, beautiful jet. So much for his responsibility as a president to defend us.
