5:06 p.m.: An officer responded to Elevated Smoke n Vape, 2236 E. Main St., for a man reportedly asking customers for weed. Multiple callers reported the man with a rifle; officers located a pellet gun where witnesses saw him place it. The man was arrested, allegedly resisted and placed in a WRAP restraint.
11:43 p.m.: An officer responded to Handy Mart, 806 S. Broadway, for shoplifting. A woman who had allegedly stolen tallboys of beer and a soda earlier was arrested on suspicion of theft and obstruction.
6:42 p.m.: An officer conducted a traffic stop on a truck near G Whil Liquors, 24001 Road G. 2, and arrested a man on a warrant.
7:21 p.m.: An officer responded to Veterans Park, 830 E. Main St., for alcohol in the park. A man was arrested on suspicion of violating a protection order after allegedly being observed intoxicated and possessing alcohol.
9:28 p.m.: An officer responded to Welcome Center, 928 E. Main St., and arrested a woman on a warrant.
12:13 a.m.: An officer responded to a residence on South Chestnut Street for a reported domestic disturbance. A man was arrested on suspicion of harassment and criminal mischief (domestic violence) after throwing objects and causing damage.
1:50 p.m.: An officer responded to Veterans Park, 830 E. Main St., for indecent exposure. A man was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure after being observed with his pants down near the municipal pool and in view of families. He was also banned from the parks.
7:13 p.m.: An officer responded to Family Dollar, 324 S. Broadway, after observing a stolen vehicle. A man was arrested on suspicion of motor vehicle theft and driving a vehicle without a valid license.
1:38 a.m.: An officer responded to Rust Trailer Park, 621 N. Elm St., to a fight. A man was arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault after video showed him striking another man.
3:26 a.m.: An officer responded to Rust Trailer Park, 621 N. Elm St., for a man banging on trailer doors. The man was arrested on suspicion of disturbing the peace after a second complaint following a prior warning.
6:41 p.m.: An officer responded to Fiesta Mexicana Restaurant, 2604 E. Main St., for a REDDI report of intoxicated individuals. A man driving a truck was arrested on suspicion of DUI, driving while revoked and possession of a controlled substance.
9:52 p.m.: An officer conducted a traffic stop for a headlight violation near Burger King, 520 W. Main St. A woman was arrested on suspicion of DWAI, driving under revocation and unsafe vehicle.
9:41 p.m.: An officer initiated a traffic stop on a motorcycle near the intersection of South Valley Road and East Seventh Street. The man fled on foot but was detained. He was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest, obstruction of a peace officer, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, violation of a protection order and operating a motorcycle without a motorcycle endorsement. He was also served with two warrants.
11:21 a.m.: An officer responded to Montezuma County Combined Courts, 865 N. Park St., and took a woman into custody on a felony warrant.
1:05 p.m.: An officer responded to Aneth Lodge, 645 E. Main St., and arrested a man on two warrants.
1:43 p.m.: An officer responded to City Market, 508 E. Main St., for a reported theft. A man was arrested on suspicion of theft, trespassing and bond violation; after money matching the stolen amount was found on his person.
6:13 p.m.: An officer responded to Pinon Project, 210 E. Main St., and arrested a man on a warrant.
