8:10 p.m.: An officer responded to Conoco, 302 W. Main St., for a man allegedly drinking outside. The man was arrested on suspicion of violating a protection order.
6:50 a.m.: An officer responded to St. Margaret Mary’s Catholic Church, 28 E. Montezuma Ave., for a man sleeping by the door. The man, who had been previously banned, was given a citation for trespassing.
9:56 a.m.: An officer near North Madison Street and East Montezuma Avenue arrested a woman with a warrant after she fled, dropped a puppy and resisted arrest. She was arrested on suspicion of the warrant, resisting arrest, obstructing a peace officer and possession of drug paraphernalia.
4:19 p.m.: An officer served a man in custody at the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St., with warrant.
6:21 p.m.: An officer responded to the Post Office, 35 S. Beech St., for trespassing. A man who was found under a desk, and who had been previously banned, was cited for trespassing.
8:19 p.m.: An officer responded to Blondies Trophy Room, 45 E. Main St., for a fight. The man identified as aggressor resisted arrest and required a WRAP device. He was arrested on suspicion of harassment, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. The second man was cited for disorderly conduct.
11:13 p.m.: An officer stopped a vehicle near Pinon Drive and West Montezuma Avenue for erratic driving. The driver was arrested on suspicion of DWAI, careless driving, failure to signal as required and failure to turn from a turn only lane.
10:50 a.m.: An officer arrested a man with a warrant on East Main Street.
11:25 a.m.: An officer responded to Mesa Verde Inn, 640 S. Broadway, for a reported fight. The first man was arrested on suspicion of two counts of harassment and one count of disorderly conduct. The other man received a summons for disorderly conduct.
2:31 p.m.: An officer responded to Mildred Road and East Empire Street for a report of reckless driving. A woman was allegedly found with open alcohol in the vehicle. She was arrested on suspicion of DUI, driving a vehicle with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 or more and careless driving.
6:06 p.m.: An officer performed a traffic stop on South Broadway. The male driver was found to have open containers within his reach, and the passenger was underage. The man was arrested on suspicion of DUI, driving under revocation, no insurance, open container of alcohol and open container of marijuana. The underage, female passenger was arrested on suspicion of obstruction of an officer and underage consumption of alcohol.
11:08 p.m.: An officer stopped a vehicle near Third Street and South Ash after disturbance at Sleeping Ute Apartments, 516 S. Madison St. A male passenger was arrested for a warrant.
6:15 p.m.: Officers stopped a vehicle near Road G. 2 and Hwy 160-491 after nearly witnessing a crash. The male driver was arrested on suspicion of failing to stop as required at a stop sign, driving a vehicle under FRA suspension, possession of an open alcohol container in a motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of <1 gram fentanyl and a warrant. The female passenger was arrested on suspicion of possession of more than four grams of methamphetamine, possession of <1 gram of fentanyl and possession of drug paraphernalia.
5:21 a.m.: An officer responded to Southwest Memorial Hospital, 1311 N. Mildred Road, for a man allegedly hallucinating and refusing to leave despite a previous ban. He was arrested on suspicion of trespassing and protection order violations.
9:16 a.m.: An officer cited a man for trespassing at a residence on South Beech Street after a video showed him attempting to open the door on more than one occasion.
10:04 a.m.: An officer responded to Cortez Recreation Center, 425 N. Roger Smith Ave., for a reported disturbance inside the locker room. A man was banned from the Rec Center for one week and arrested on suspicion of violating a protection order and a warrant.
11:26 a.m.: An officer cited a man for trespassing at Elevated Smoke N Vape, 2236 East Main Street.
5:15 p.m.: An officer responded to East Main Street and North Harrison Street after receiving reports of a man damaging a vehicle and threatening others. The man was arrested on suspicion of 2nd degree assault, criminal mischief, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, menacing, 3rd degree criminal trespass and 2nd degree criminal trespass.
1:10 a.m.: An officer arrested a man with two warrants at Southwest Memorial Hospital, 1311 N. Mildred Road.
7:05 a.m.: An officer served a man in custody at the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St., with a warrant.
8:36 p.m.: An officer responded to Southwest Memorial Hospital, 1311 N. Mildred Road, for a man allegedly urinating and yelling in ER. He was arrested on suspicion of disturbing the peace.
