Wednesday, Aug. 21

4:09 p.m.: An officer responded to Burger King, 520 W. Main St., for a man with warrants. He was arrested on three warrants and on suspicion of a protection order violation. He was also banned from Tomahawk Lodge.

7:50 p.m.: An officer checked on a woman at Seventh Street Mobile Home Park, 600 S. Washington St., and arrested a pregnant woman with a warrant.

Thursday, Aug. 22

1:18 a.m.: An officer responded to a domestic violence call near 321 S. Broadway, where a man was seen arguing with a woman, pushing her down and dragging her in a headlock. He was arrested on suspicion of second-degree assault and domestic violence.

6:34 p.m.: An officer at Oak Meadows Trailer Park, 405 W. Seventh St., arrested a man on a warrant after a brief foot chase. He was also charged with suspected obstruction at the Montezuma County Detention Center.

8:55 p.m.: An officer served a New Mexico warrant to a man at the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

Friday, Aug. 23

12:55 p.m.: An officer responded to City Market, 508 E. Main St., for suspected shoplifting. Two women reportedly stole $353.21 in goods, were issued summonses and banned from the store.

5:07 p.m.: An officer investigated a crash at North Maple Street and West Main Street, arresting a man on suspicion of DUI and careless driving.

7:29 p.m.: An officer arrested a man on a warrant on West Seventh Street.

8:57 p.m.: An officer at Oak Meadows Trailer Park, 405 W. Seventh St., arrested a man on a warrant.

9:43 p.m.: An officer responded to Cozy Inn, 440 S. Broadway, for yelling and arrested a man on a warrant.

10:17 p.m.: An officer served a warrant and summons on a woman at the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

Saturday, Aug. 24

1:44 a.m.: An officer contacted a man at Safeway, 1580 E. Main St., after seeing him at Super Splash Carwash to confirm there had not been a burglary. The man was found to have a stolen firearm concealed on his person. He was arrested on two warrants and on suspicion of prohibited use of a firearm, possession of a concealed firearm without a license, obstruction, providing false identifying information to a police officer and theft.

7:10 a.m.: An officer at Sleeping Ute Apartments, 516 S. Madison St., issued a trespassing summons to a man who had been previously banned.

7:59 p.m.: An officer observed a man smoking marijuana behind The Pie Maker, 17 N. Harrison St. The man was arrested on suspicion of unlawful consumption of marijuana in a public space.

11:28 p.m.: An officer responded to a residence on Acoma Street for trespassing by a man warned to leave the property earlier in the day. He was arrested on suspicion of disturbing the peace.

11:51 p.m.: An officer arrested a man with a warrant at a residence on South Market Street.

Monday, Aug. 25

10:34 a.m.: An officer arrested a man on East Third Street on a warrant.

12:37 p.m.: An officer arrested a man at Walmart, 1835 E. Main St., on a warrant.

Tuesday, Aug. 26

12:05 p.m.: An officer arrested a man near T-Mobile, 2288 E. Main St., on a warrant.

4:01 p.m.: An officer arrested a woman at Sleeping Ute Apartments, 516 S. Madison St., on a warrant.

6:01 p.m.: An officer arrested a woman at City Market, 508 E. Main St., on a PR bond warrant.

8:59 p.m.: An officer responded to City Market, 508 E. Main St., for a man reportedly violating a protection order by drinking. He was arrested on suspicion of a protection order violation.

10:59 p.m.: An officer served three warrants on a woman who turned herself in at the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.
