Thursday, May 29 ​

11:44 a.m.: An officer responded to the Rec Center, 425 N. Roger Smith Ave., regarding an unwanted man trespassed from the property since 2016. ​He was issued a citation for trespassing and littering.

5:13 p.m.: An officer responded to Sleeping Ute Apartments, 516 S. Madison St., regarding an alleged assault. ​A woman reported being scratched and punched by another woman and forcibly pulled from a car by a man. ​Both suspects fled in a white Nissan Altima. ​

5:42 p.m.: An officer responded to City Market, 508 E. Main St., regarding a man swinging a stick at people. ​The man, who was banned from the store, allegedly threatened officers and resisted arrest. He arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct, theft, trespassing and harassment.

7:31 p.m.: Officers responded to a residence on Texas Street regarding a disturbance involving a man with a knife. The man allegedly threatened officers, simulated holding a gun and resisted arrest. He was arrested on suspicion of menacing, assault, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Friday, May 30

10:29 a.m.: An officer served a man with a warant at the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

5:01 p.m.: An officer served a man a warrant at the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

5:07 p.m.: An officer responded to a residence on East Third Street regarding a protection order violation.​ A man was arrested on suspicion of two counts of criminal protection order violations.

7:43 p.m.: An officer to City Market, 508 E. Main St., regarding alleged theft. A man banned from the store was found with a stolen bottle of Listerine. He was cited for trespassing.

8:44 p.m.: An officer observed a fight between a man and woman in the parking lot of City Market, 508 E. Main St. The two were issued citations for disturbing the peace.

Saturday, May 31

12:50 p.m.: An officer responded to The Pie Maker, 17 N. Harrison St., regarding a trespassing incident. A man trespassed from the property was cited, and another man was banned from the location.

8:45 p.m.: An officer conducted a traffic stop at Econo Lodge, 2020 E. Main St., for a taillight violation. ​The driver had a warrant and was arrested.

10:22 p.m.: An officer conducted a traffic stop near Hawkins Street and Main Street for speeding. ​The driver was arrested on suspicion of DUI, speeding and failure to present insurance.

Monday, June 2

8:59 a.m.: An officer responded to the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St., to serve a warrant on a woman.

9:27 a.m.: An officer responded to the Montezuma County Combined Courts, 865 N. Park St., to serve a warrant on a woman.

2:05 p.m.: An officer responded to Sand Canyon Inn, 343 W. Main St., regarding a man allegedly exposing himself. ​The man was cited for an open container.

4:55 p.m.: An officer responded to the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St., to serve a warrant on a man.

7:34 p.m.: An officer responded to City Market, 508 E. Main St., regarding trespassing. Three men banned from the property were cited.

9:31 p.m.: An officer conducted a traffic stop at Maverik Country Store East, 455 N. State St., for reckless driving. The driver allegedly resisted arrest, but was arrested on suspicion of obstruction, driving with obstructed vision, resisting arrest, weaving and failure to stop at a stop sign.

10:43 p.m.: An officer responded to Walmart, 1835 E. Main St., regarding trespassing. A man banned from the store was cited.

Tuesday, June 3 ​

1:23 a.m.: An officer observed a parked vehicle at Hawkins Preserve, 1500 S. Cedar St., with two allegedly intoxicated juveniles inside. ​Both were cited for underage alcohol consumption. ​ ​

1:32 p.m.: An officer responded to Walmart, 1835 E. Main St., regarding a warrant. ​ A man was arrested. ​

5:48 p.m.: An officer responded to Seventh Street Mobile Home, 600 S. Washington St., regarding alleged assault. A woman was reportedly struck in the head with a brick, and a man was arrested on suspicion of assault and harassment.

Wednesday, June 4 ​

10:02 a.m.: An officer responded to the Pinion Project, 210 E. Main St., regarding a man with a warrant. The man was arrested and transported to the Montezuma County Detention Center.

11:13 a.m.: An officer responded to Handy Mart, 806 S. Broadway, regarding a warrant. ​ A man was arrested and transported to the Montezuma County Detention Center.

8:26 p.m.: An officer conducted a traffic stop near South Chestnut Street and East First Street. A man in the vehicle was arrested on a warrant.

10:42 p.m.: An officer responded to Speedway, 2021 E. Main St., regarding trespassing. ​ A man banned from the property was cited.
