12:19 p.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault and domestic violence in the 700 block of E. Main St.

1:11 p.m. A man was arrested under suspicion of possession of alcohol in the park, littering, intoxicated pedestrian in the roadway, and resisting arrest at Veterans Park, 830 E. Main St.

3:11 p.m. A man was arrested on a warrant in the 600 block of S. Oak St.

4:28 p.m. An officer took a report for a protection order violation in the 500 block of S. Madison St.

4:16 p.m. An officer took a report of larceny from a vehicle in the 1200 block of Mildred Road.

7:50 p.m. An officer cited two people for trespassing at Walmart, 1835 E. Main St.

8:28 p.m. An officer took a report for larceny from a vehicle in the 900 block of N. Sligo St.

11:41 p.m. An officer responded to an unwanted person call at City Market, 508 E. Main St. One woman was cited with trespassing, and another was cited and arrested under suspicion of trespassing, obstruction and resisting arrest. Both women appeared intoxicated and tried to evade the police officer.

4:12 p.m. A man was arrested under suspicion of violating a protection order at 21 S. Harrison St.

4:47 p.m. An officer cited a woman with a trespassing summons at City Market, 508 E. Main St., and at the request of the woman given a ride to a shelter.

11:14 p.m. A man was cited with third-degree assault, second-degree criminal trespass and crime against an at-risk person when the reporting elderly person who won a $1 dollar football bet against a neighbor reported being hit, slapped and thrown on the ground in the 700 block of Second St.

1:52 p.m. An officer served a warrant to a man in the custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

11:49 p.m. A woman was traffic stopped for having her off-road lights on in the 600 block of E. Main St. and then arrested for two active warrants.

1:21 p.m. An officer served warrants to three men in the custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

3 p.m. An officer served three warrants to a man remanded in the Montezuma County Combined Courts, 865 N. Park St. The man was arrested and transported to the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

3:53 p.m. An officer served and arrested a man and woman on individual active warrants in the 1600 block of Velma St.

6:34 p.m. An officer served a warrant to a woman in the custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

7:44 p.m. An officer took a report for larceny from a vehicle from a woman in the 1300 block of Animas St.

8:27 p.m. An officer cited a man and woman with trespassing summons for violating a trespass notice at the Post Office, 35 S. Beech St.

3:19 p.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence, criminal mischief and a protection order violation at the Sleeping Ute Apartments, 516 S. Madison St.

4:09 p.m. An officer served warrants to a man and woman in the custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

5:31 p.m. A woman was arrested on a warrant at Aneth Lodge, 645 E. Main St. when a report of a woman causing a disturbance was made at that location.

7:53 p.m. An officer served and arrested a man on a warrant who was turning himself into the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

8:11 p.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of violating a trespass order at the Happy Valley Trailer Park, 203 E. 7th St.
