Thursday, Aug. 10

12:13 a.m. A man at the intersection of West Seventh Street and South Oak Street was arrested on a warrant.

4:41 p.m. A bike was taken from City Market, 508 E. Main St., and the man driving the truck it was found in claimed he did not know how the bike got there. A second bike in the truck was taken into evidence as lost property.

5:10 p.m. Four people in the Safeway parking lot, 1580 E. Main St., were reported as unwanted. Three people were cited with suspicion of trespassing and one was given a trespass notice. One person was arrested on a warrant.

11:07 p.m. A man in the parking lot of Tequila’s Mexican Restaurant, 1740 E. Main St., pulled a knife and used it to threaten another man. The man was arrested on suspicion of violating protection order and menacing.

Friday, Aug. 11

3:37 a.m. A man in the 300 block of South Beech Street noticed his van containing $12,000 worth of tools was missing.

10:39 a.m. A man with a barking dog in the 800 block of Brookside Drive was cited with maintenance of animals that disturb the peace.

11:11 a.m. A woman who worked for Walmart, 1823 E. Main St, was cited with theft. The woman allegedly took $250 to $300 of merchandise. The woman stated she stole food because she could not afford it.

7:13 p.m. A man at the Recreation Center, 425 N. Roger Ave., noticed his vehicle had been scratched. The scratches seemed to spell “stay away.”

Sunday, Aug. 13

3:14 p.m. A man doing doughnuts in the 500 block of East Arbecam Avenue was arrested on a warrant and on suspicion of reckless driving.

5:40 p.m. A man turned himself over to the custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St., on a warrant.

8:42 p.m. A man outside Dolores State Bank, 744 Main St., was fighting two other men. The man was arrested on suspicion of violating a protection order, disorderly conduct and obstruction.

8:53 p.m. A man in the lower 100 block of Cactus Street was arrested on suspicion of violating a protection order.

Monday, Aug. 14

1:42 a.m. A man in the 600 block of East Main Street was arrested on suspicion of prohibited use of a firearm and carrying a concealed weapon.

12:01 p.m. A woman in the 500 block of East Montezuma Avenue was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure.

1:59 p.m. A man at City Market, 508 E. Main St., was cited with shoplifting. The man returned around 2:35 p.m. and was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.

3:33 p.m. A man at Walmart, 1835 E. Main St., was arrested on a warrant and on suspicion of trespassing and violating a bond condition.

5:58 p.m. A woman at Speedway, 2320 E. Main St., was cited with shoplifting from Walmart, 1835 E. Main St.

10:13 p.m. A man in the 100 block of East Main Street was arrested on a warrant and on suspicion of violating a protection order.

Tuesday, Aug. 15

3:31 p.m. An officer served three warrants to a man in custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

4:51 p.m. A man in the 400 block of North Henry Street noticed his wallet was missing from his vehicle.
