Thursday, April 27

1:42 a.m. A woman at the Sleeping Ute Apartments, 516 S. Madison St., was arrested on a warrant.

2:11 p.m. A man with an open alcohol container in Denkai Thrift Store, 209 W. Main St., was arrested on suspicion of violating a protection order with alcohol restrictions.

4:14 p.m. A man allegedly punched his mother in the eye at their home in the 900 block of North Henry Street and was arrested on suspicion of assault and harassment.

10:56 p.m. An officer served three warrants to a man in custody of the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

Friday, April 28

12:38 a.m. A man at Happy Valley Trailer Park, 203 E. Seventh St., was arrested on suspicion of violating protection order with alcohol restrictions.

6:20 p.m. A man in the 700 block of South Broadway was seen by officers with a can of air duster in his mouth and was issued summons on suspicion of abusing toxic vapors.

7:42 p.m. A man driving in the parking lot of Cork ’n’ Bottle, 443 E. Main St., hit a parked car and left with leaving any information.

7:57 p.m. A man driving a van without valid plates was pulled over in the 600 block of East Second Street and was arrested on three warrants.

Saturday, April 29

6:33 a.m. A woman in the 700 block of South Broadway took a bicycle her grandson found and turned it over to an officer.

1:38 p.m. A woman crossing the fog line and centerline in the 400 block of North Broadway was pulled over in the lower 100 block South Broadway and arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and weaving.

8:03 p.m. A man and woman whose vehicle had died in the Sonic Drive-in parking lot, 435 S. Broadway, were arrested. The man was arrested on a warrant, and the woman was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.

9:53 p.m. A man in the Walmart parking lot, 1835 E. Main St., was issued summons on suspicion of trespassing.

Sunday, April 30

11:35 a.m. A man in the 600 block of South Broadway was arrested on a warrant.

12:21 p.m. The property manager of Sundance RV Park, 815 E. Main St., provided images of a man taking a weed sprayer from the property on Friday, April 28. The weed sprayer estimated is $150.

1:34 p.m. A woman in the Walmart, 1835 E. Main St., parking lot was making faces and yelling at woman she was restrained from contacting. The woman was arrested on suspicion of violating a protection order.

2:14 p.m. A man pushing people at Veteran’s Park, 830 E. Main St., tried to run from officers and was arrested on suspicion of disturbing the peace and resisting arrest.

6:22 p.m. A person driving a black car in the Walmart parking lot, 1835 E. Main St., hit a parked vehicle and drove off.

11:12 p.m. A main in a car parked at Denny Lake, 2825 E. Main St., was arrested on a warrant.

Monday, May 1

8:50 p.m. A man entered a home in the 1300 block of Cottonwood Street and hit a man while demanding money. The man was arrested at Veterans’ Park, 830 E. Main St., on suspicion of assault and criminal trespass.

Wednesday, May 3

8:23 a.m. A man in the roadway of the 1400 block of Main Street was yelling at people. The man was arrested on a failure to appear.

1:24 p.m. A man in the 800 block of East Main Street was arrested on a warrant.
