Wednesday, April 27

1:02 p.m.: A man was arrested on an outstanding warrant at City Market after a report of a public disturbance.

2:08 p.m.: A male pedestrian was arrested on suspicion of being intoxicated in the 600 block of N. Mildred Road, near the duck ponds.

Thursday, April 28

3:04 p.m.: A male driver was arrested in the McDonald’s parking lot in the 1300 block of E. Main St. on an outstanding warrant and suspicion of possessing meth and drug paraphernalia.

4:56 p.m.: A resident in the 100 block of E. First St. reported vandalism to his son’s car, and the deputy reported that he intended to question two suspects.

5:35 p.m.: A male driver was pulled over in the 700 block of S. Broadway, and a female passenger found in the back seat was arrested on an outstanding warrant and on suspicion of possessing meth and drug paraphernalia.

10:02 p.m.: A male driver was pulled over near N. State and Empire streets and summoned on suspicion of DUI and weaving.

Friday, April 29

11:54 p.m.: A woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI, DUI per se, no proof of insurance, no valid driver’s license, and failing to stop at a stop sign.

1:39 p.m.: A woman turned herself in at the Montezuma County jail and was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

3:38 p.m.: A man was arrested on an outstanding warrant near Montezuma and Fillmore avenues.

9:24 p.m.: A male driver was pulled over for driving 30 mph in a 40 mph zone and arrested on an outstanding warrant.

11:49 p.m.: A female pedestrian was arrested on an outstanding warrant in the 200 block of W. Main St.

Saturday, April 30

5:18 a.m.: An arrest warrant was requested for a man who had violated a restraining order at his mother’s house in the 600 block of E. Second St.

11:09 a.m.: A man was arrested on suspicion of harassment, domestic violence, criminal mischief and obstruction of telephone services after a report of a disturbance in the 700 block of Hartman Road.

10:14 p.m.: A man was arrested on two outstanding warrants after a report of a fight near Ash and Seventh streets.

9:42 p.m.: A passenger in a vehicle was arrested on an outstanding warrant near S. Maple and W. Fifth streets.

Sunday, May 1

12:09 a.m.: A man was arrested in the 700 block of W. Seventh St. on suspicion of DUI, driving with a revoked license, violating a protection order, and displaying an expired temporary permit.

11:37 a.m.: A man was arrested on an outstanding warrant in the City Market parking lot.

11:47 a.m.: A man was arrested on two outstanding warrants in a City Market restroom.

4:39 p.m.: A man was arrested in the 200 block of N. Park St. on suspicion of stealing $168 in goods from City Market.

Monday, May 2

9:37 a.m.: A woman was cited for disturbing the peace after a confrontation with another woman at a residence in the 700 block of E. Second St.

4:11 p.m.: A man reported that his cellphone had been stolen at a store in the 300 block of W. Main St.

4:22 p.m.: A store in the 10 block of E. Main St. reported the theft of a $15 pre-owned tank top.

5:08 p.m.: A man in the 600 block of S. Washington St. was arrested on suspicion of possessing meth and violating a protection order and bond conditions, and resisting arrest.

7:45 p.m.: A woman was arrested on four outstanding warrants in the 800 block of S. Oak St.

Tuesday, May 3

12:46 p.m.: A driver was arrested on an outstanding warrant after he pulled into a parking lot in the 1700 block of E. Main St.

4:57 p.m.: A man was issued a summons for letting his dog run loose after it allegedly attacked a smaller, leashed dog near the duck pond in the 500 block of N. Mildred Road.

Wednesday, May 4

2:38 p.m.: A woman was issued a summons in City Park for violating a protection order.

5:31 p.m.: An officer requested a warrant for disturbing the peace after two women got into an argument at a residence in the 200 block of N. Chestnut St.

4:20 p.m.: An officer discovered that a repossession company had mistakenly tried to tow the wrong car in the 100 block of S. Madison St., but declined to pursue trespassing charges. He told the car’s owners that he’d report the incident to the district attorney for review.

6:58 p.m.: A man was arrested on two outstanding warrants in a mobile-home park in the 500 block of E. Second St.
