Thursday, Sept. 1

12:07 a.m.: A man was pulled over on the 300 block of East Main Street for expired tags and was found to have no license, registration or insurance. He was arrested for two warrants.

10:53 a.m.: A police car chase on and around 700 block of North Henry Street failed to end in an arrest after officers lost track of the vehicle on East Main Street.

11:43 a.m.: A bicycle was found in a backyard of a house on the 800 block of North Austin Street. There were no reports of it being stolen.

12:28 p.m.: A man was arrested for warrant on the 500 block of East Main Street. He was charged with suspicion of possession of a firearm by a previous offender and drug paraphernalia.

1:49 p.m.: A woman on the 800 block of Park Street was arrested for a violation of a protection order.

2:09 p.m.: A man was visited in the 1700 block of Rolling Road for a welfare check. The officer recognized the man from a previous report of a drunken driver. He was arrested under suspicion of DUI.

10:18 p.m.: A man was arrested for violation of a protection order on the 600 block of North Mildred Road.

Friday, Sept. 2

12:36 p.m.: On the 800 block of East Montezuma Avenue, two men got into a physical fight, no one sought charges. One man was arrested for a warrant.

1 p.m.: A dog on the 10 block of North Park St. attacked another dog. The owner was issued summons for having a dog that disturb the peace.

1:25 p.m.: Two men on motorcycles in the 700 block of East Main were rushed by a man. One of the motorcyclists got the man to the ground, and the man was arrested on suspicion of disturbing the peace.

1:55 p.m. A man reported that at a residence in the 800 block of Brookside Drive he noticed the rear tire on the driver’s side of a vehicle had loose lug nuts. He reported it as there was significant damage to the vehicle’s wheel and brake rotor. He also said that there was a person in his yard late at night messing with the vehicle.

Saturday, Sept. 3

1:46 a.m.: A woman reportedly backed her car into another car in the parking lot of the Nation 9 Inn, 301 W. Main St., and left without reporting it.

12:50 p.m.: A man was arrested on suspicion of violating a protection order after he was reportedly was drunk and threatening someone at the Cozy Inn, 440 South Broadway.

4:15 p.m.: A woman reportedly was shoplifting at Walmart, 1835 E. Main St.

Sunday, Sept. 4

12:01 a.m.: A man reportedly fired a gun into the air in the 400 block of East Main St. near the Cork ’N’ Bottle liquor store after teenagers shot at him with gunlike toys. He was arrested on suspicion of possessing a weapon while being a prior offender, possessing a controlled substance and disorderly conduct.

1:02 a.m.: A woman was reported screaming about children, and “playing dead” on her neighbor’s porch in the 300 block of North Washington Street.

10:42 a.m.: A red scooter was turned in as found property to police after it was found in a woman's backyard in the 100 block of Linden Street.

1:42 p.m. A man was arrested for suspicion of assaulting an employee of LivWell marijuana shop, 1819 E. Main St.

3:05 p.m. A man was issued summons on suspicion of shoplifting two beers from City Market, 508 E. Main St.

4:18 p.m.: A woman was issued a summons for careless driving after reportedly passing other vehicles poorly on Weeminuche Drive in Towaoc.

7:48 p.m.: A man was arrested on suspicion of violating a protection order at the Super 8 Motel, 505 E. Main St.

9:57 p.m.: Someone ran into an electrical pole in the 900 block of East Main Street, causing it become tilted, then drove off without reporting it.

Monday, Sept. 5

11:19 a.m.: Someone reportedly broke into JC Pets, 24 N. Madison St., during the night.

1:29 p.m.: A man was asked to be removed from the Speedway gas station at 921 E. Main St. He was arrested for a failure to appear warrant.

3:44 p.m.: A man was cited on suspicion of trespassing at Walmart, 1835 E. Main St.

5:48 p.m.: A man was arrested on suspicion of violating a trespass order and for a warrant at Walmart, 1835 E. Main St.

10:25 p.m.: A man was arrested around the intersection of Fourth and Market streets for a warrant and on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance.

Tuesday, Sept. 6

11:58 a.m.: A red drawstring bag was found at the Piñon Project, 210 E. Main St., and handed over to the police.

4:22 p.m.: A man was reported violating a restraining order in Montezuma Park, 15 W. Montezuma Ave., he made off on a bicycle when police arrive.

4:55 p.m.: A man was reported violating a restraining order in the 900 block of South Cedar Street. He was arrested for suspicion of violating a protection order for drinking.

9:53 p.m.: A man seen sleeping under a staircase at the Cultural Center, 25 N. Market St., was cited on suspicion of violating a no-trespass order.

Wednesday, Sept. 7

6:58 a.m.: A man pouring a concrete sidewalk on the 1800 block of East Main Street was arrested on a warrant for failing to appear.

12:33 p.m.: A man in the 200 block of North Broadway was reported to have assaulted his employee at Auto Masters while he was firing her. When the officer tried to review the footage, it was found be blank at the moment of the reported incident but resumes as the woman left.

12:45 p.m.: A woman was reported yelling in Veterans Park, 830 E. Main St., She was arrested for a warrant and for suspicion of violating a protection order for drinking.

7:26 p.m.: A fight broke out at the skate park in the 1200 block of East Montezuma Ave. A woman was arrested for a warrant.

10:46 p.m.: While looking into reports of fireworks in the 500 block of East First Street, a man arrested for a failure to appear warrant and a harassing communication warrant.
