Thursday, June 23

6:47 a.m. An intoxicated man was arrested on a warrant in the 1100 block of South Market Street and cited for violating a protection order that banned him from drinking.

8:25 a.m. A woman was arrested on a warrant in the 500 block of South Beech Street.

3:08 p.m. A man was arrested after allegedly starting a fight and hitting a police officer at the city pool, 803 E. Montezuma Ave.

5:58 p.m. A man reported in the 600 block of Baker Avenue that a woman was sending him harassing text messages despite the protection order he had against her. An officer sought a warrant for the woman’s arrest.

7:10 p.m. A man was cited for indecent exposure after he allegedly urinated in public at Centennial Park, 400 N. Mildred Road.

8:03 p.m. A man was cited for trespassing and shoplifting after he allegedly stole cans of beer from Walmart, 1835 E. Main St.

8:30 p.m. A man was arrested on a warrant after an officer observed him passed out on the side of the road at Sonic, 436 S. Broadway. He had silver paint on his hands and face and was cited for abusive use of toxic vapors.

Friday, June 24

8:41 a.m. A man reported that someone stole $742 worth of items from the saddle bags of his motorcycle in the 100 block of South Linden Street. There were no leads.

10:08 a.m. A woman reported that she let a man borrow her car, but because he was then arrested, she did not know where the car was. An officer located the car at Quality Inn, 1120 E. Main St., and returned it to her.

11:33 a.m. A man was cited for failing to yield the right of way at a stop sign after he drove his car into another vehicle at North Park Street and Montezuma Avenue.

Saturday, June 25

9:23 a.m. A man reported that numerous buildings were vandalized with graffiti at Mesa Verde Inn, 640 S. Broadway. There were no leads.

1 p.m. A man was cited for trespassing after he attempted to steal a couple of bottles of Listerine from City Market, 508 E. Main St.

4:32 p.m. A woman backed her car into another while leaving a parking space at Parque de Vida, 400 N. Mildred Road. No citations were issued.

Sunday, June 26

9:21 p.m. The owner of Cortez Flooring reported that someone stole about $7,000 worth of flooring, cabinets and displays from the warehouse, 1211 E. Main St.

11:40 a.m. A woman was arrested and cited for assault after witnesses reported her for a kicking a man in the stomach near City Market, 508 E. Main St.

12:02 p.m. A man was arrested on a warrant near City Market, 508 E. Main St.

2:52 p.m. A woman reported that her fence was vandalized with graffiti in the 800 block of East Main Street. There were no leads.

6:12 p.m. Someone vandalized Heart to Heart Pregnancy Center, 213 W. North St., with graffiti reading “No forced pregnancies Her body her choice.” There were no leads.

7:55 p.m. A man was taken into custody on five outstanding warrant in the 100 block of North Pinon Drive.

Monday, June 27

11:13 a.m. A van that was blocking an alley in the 300 block of East Fourth Street was towed.

1:22 p.m. A woman was cited for having dogs at large after someone reported that her five shepherd-type dogs were running around the front of her residence in the 1200 block of North Edith Street.

5:43 p.m. A man reported that softball equipment was stolen from a shed at Parque de Vida, 400 N. Mildred Road. There were no leads.

7:01 p.m. An intoxicated woman was arrested in the 400 block of South Maple Street for violating a protection order that banned her from drinking or possessing alcohol.

Tuesday, June 28

8:27 a.m. A man was arrested on a warrant in the 200 block of North Harrison Street.

9:38 a.m. A woman reported that someone had stolen her EBT and Netspend card and was using it at Walmart, 1835 E. Main Ave. An officer observed surveillance footage of a woman using the reporting women’s card. The officer contacted her and issued her a summons for theft and unauthorized use of a financial transaction device.

7:38 p.m. A man was issued a summons for failing to provide information after a collision, failing to notify police of a collision and careless driving after a witness reported him for hitting a parked car and fleeing in the 600 block of West Seventh Street.

Wednesday, June 29

8:31 a.m. A woman was taken into custody on a warrant after she was pulled over for speeding in the 1100 block of East Main Street. She also was cited for speeding, failing to provide proof of insurance and driving without a valid license.

11:01 a.m. A man was cited for shoplifting after he allegedly stole beer from City Market, 508 E. Main St. He was verbally trespassed from the store for 24 hours.

5:36 p.m. A man was arrested and cited for robbery after he reportedly stole a woman’s ring and punched her in the face in the 800 block of East Main Street.

6:57 p.m. A man was taken into custody on two warrants in the 500 block of East Main Street.

10:24 p.m. An officer assisted a state trooper as he conducted a DUI investigation in the 600 block of North Park Street.
