Thursday, May 5

11:14 a.m. A man was taken into custody on three warrants at Montezuma County Combined Courts, 865 N. Park St.

2:32 p.m. A man was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant at the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

3:47 p.m. A woman reported that her ex-husband threw a cup at her Montezuma County Combined Courts, 865 N. Park St. The woman had a restraining order against him. An officer did not find sufficient evidence to pursue charges.

6:12 p.m. A man was arrested on a warrant in the 200 block of East Fourth Street.

7:02 p.m. A man was arrested on a warrant after Walmart reported him for trespassing at 1835 E. Main St.

Friday, May 6

11:09 a.m. A male inmate was served six warrants at Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

1:11 p.m. A woman reported that $575 worth of jewelry was stolen from her shop, Patina Trails Mercantile, 25 S. Elm St.

9:05 p.m. An intoxicated man was arrested on a warrant at Holiday Inn Express, 2121 E. Main St. He also was cited for violating a protection order and bond, which banned him from alcohol and drug use.

Saturday, May 7

3:23 p.m. A man was arrested on a warrant at Centennial Park, 800 E. Montezuma Ave.

6:08 p.m. A woman was arrested on a warrant in the 700 block of South Oak Street.

Sunday, May 8

2:21 a.m. A man was reportedly stabbed in a fight at Angel’s End Zone, 309 N. Broadway. The man was being flown to St. Mary’s Hospital in Grand Junction with a lacerated liver. An officer attempted to locate possible suspects.

Monday, May 9

6:15 a.m. A man reportedly was bit by his daughter’s dog in the 600 block of North Washington Street. No charges were pursued.

11:06 p.m. A man was arrested for drunken driving after security reported him for sleeping in a running car at Southwest Memorial Hospital, 1311 N. Mildred Road. He was cited for drinking and driving, driving without a license, failing to provide proof of insurance and underage consumption of alcohol.

Tuesday, May 10

9:26 a.m. An abandoned motor home was towed in the lower 100 block of East Sixth Street. An officer attempted to contact the last registered owner.

1:47 p.m. A truck collided with the open back driver side door of a car at Walmart, 1835 E. Main St. No charges were pursued.

5:59 p.m. A woman was arrested on a warrant at Cozy Inn, 440 S. Broadway.
