Thursday, March 31

8:09 a.m. An officer recovered a lost bike in the lower 100 block of North Broadway.

12:07 p.m. A man was trespassed from Parque De Vida after a fight occurred earlier on March 31. Later, the man returned, refused to leave and littered. He was taken into custody and cited for trespassing and littering.

8:46 p.m. An intoxicated man fled the scene after reportedly crashing through a fence and almost hitting a building at La Mesa RV Park, 2380 E. Main St. The man was taken into custody and cited for drunken driving, leaving the scene, reckless driving, violating restrictions on a driver’s license and driving without insurance.

Friday, April 1

11:10 a.m. A man reported that a propane tank was stolen from his residence in the 800 block of East Main Street. There were no leads or suspects.

5:50 p.m. A man was taken into custody and cited for indecent exposure after he urinated in the open at Parque De Vida, 515 N. Mildred Drive.

9:16 p.m. An intoxicated man reportedly stole a vehicle and crashed it in the 400 block of East Main Street. He was taken into custody and cited for aggravated motor vehicle theft and drunken driving.

Saturday, April 2

7:53 a.m. An officer took an abandoned bike into possession at Parque De Vida, 440 N. Roger Smith Ave.

10:13 a.m. A man’s rental truck rolled into a garage, causing damage at Doobie Sisters, 695 N. Broadway. No charges were pursued.

12:18 p.m. The man who allegedly stole a vehicle and crashed it April 1 was cited for trespassing in a backyard in the 200 block of North Edith Street.

8:29 p.m. A woman was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant after she sought medical attention in the 300 block of West Main Street. The woman was taken to the emergency room for clearance before she was booked.

Sunday, April 3

3:18 a.m. A man reported that he was punched in the face by a man he knew at Handy Mart, 806 S. Broadway. An officer was requesting a warrant for third-degree assault.

7:48 a.m. A man was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant at City Market, 508 E. Main St.

9:01 a.m. A woman reported that cars outside of her residence were vandalized in the 200 block of S. Linden St. There were no leads or suspects.

10:20 a.m. A man was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant in the 500 block of East Main Street.

2:57 p.m. A man was issued for a summons for trespassing at City Market, 508 E. Main St.

6:02 p.m. A man avoided signing a summons after trespassing at City Market, 508 E. Main Ave. He was eventually taken into custody and issued summons for trespassing, obstructing a peace officer and resisting arrest.

Monday, April 4

8:36 a.m. A man was issued a summons for careless driving after he rear-ended a vehicle in the lower 100 block of East Main Street.

9:32 a.m. A man reported that several items were stolen from his property in the 300 block of North Broadway.

9:39 a.m. A woman was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant in the 2200 block of East Main Street.

1:49 a.m. A man was taken into custody in the 600 block of South Washington Street after he was reported for acting suspiciously. Officers found Fentanyl and paraphernalia on him. An officer was seeking a search warrant for the vehicle he was in.

Tuesday, April 5

9:12 a.m. A woman was served a warrant at the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

9:35 a.m. An employee reported a counterfeit $100 bill at Four Corners Community Bank, 77 W. Main St. There were no leads.

12:32 p.m. A woman was cited for indecent exposure after she was reportedly urinating in the open near The Church of Christ, 631 E. Montezuma Ave.

12:38 p.m. An officer observed a man accompanied by a woman blocking the sidewalk in the 100 block of North Harrison Street. The woman was cited for obstructing the sidewalk. The man was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant.

Wednesday, April 6

2:50 p.m. A man was issued summons for shoplifting in the theft of two pairs of glasses from City Market, 508 E. Main St.

3:08 p.m. A woman was issued summons for having an open container of alcohol at Centennial Park, 800 E. Montezuma Ave.
