4:11 p.m. A male nursing home patient hit a female patient in the 1200 block of North Mildred Road.
8:21 p.m. A hit-and-run crash was reported in the 1000 block of East Main Street. The run vehicle was a brown Dodge truck with a missing tailgate.
9 p.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of protection order violation after consuming alcohol in the 500 block of East Main Street.
11:21 p.m. A woman was arrested on suspicion of disturbing the peace and fighting in public in the 500 block of East Main Street.
11:42 p.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of violating felony bond conditions and protection order violation in the 20 block of West Third Street.

12:28 p.m. Four to six people were trespassed from all city parks for 24 hours after being involved in a fight and a woman was cited on suspicion of open container and possession of alcohol in a park in the 2800 block of East Main Street.
11:18 p.m. A man was arrested on an active warrant after wandering in the road in the 700 block of South Broadway.
11:39 a.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of harassment and disorderly conduct in the 800 block of East Main Street. He allegedly pushed a woman and yelled obscenities.
11:44 a.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of DUI, DUI per se and careless driving in the 20 block of North Park Street.
5:26 p.m. A fight occurred between two women and one woman was arrested on suspicion of third degree assault in the 800 block of Montezuma Avenue.
11:30 p.m. A vehicle was broken into and the stereo was damaged in the 800 block of South Broadway.
6:32 a.m. A man was assaulted and his vehicle was stolen in the 300 block of West Main Street.
7:09 a.m. A man was arrested on an active warrant in the 400 block of South Broadway.
8:59 a.m. A woman reported her vehicle as stolen in the 600 block of East Second Street. The claim was determined to be unfounded.
12:27 p.m. A hit-and-run crash occurred in the 2200 block of East Main Street. The run vehicle was a gray Chevy Trailblazer with an “Avon” sticker in the rear window.
12:40 p.m. A store window was broken in the 2200 block of East Main Street.
4:04 p.m. A woman reported being assaulted in the 1500 block of Mesa Verde Street. Her claims could not be immediately verified and the investigation is ongoing.
6:16 p.m. A man was cited on suspicion of trespassing in the 500 block of East Main Street.
6:40 p.m. A woman was cited on suspicion of false reporting and third degree assault in the 500 block of East Main Street.
10:36 a.m. A male inmate was served a warrant at Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.
5:51 p.m. Two dogs were surrendered to the animal shelter after an animal abuse investigation in the 100 block of East Downey Avenue.
9:07 p.m. A woman was arrested on suspicion of protection order violation and violating bond conditions after a assault investigation in the 400 block of West Second Street.

8:43 a.m. A license plate was stolen in the 1200 block of Twenty Mule Team Drive.
10:53 a.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of assaulting a peace officer, resisting arrest, tampering with evidence and unlawful conduct on public property in the 500 block of North Mildred Road.

12:38 p.m. A woman was cited on suspicion of failure to yield the right of way from a private drive in the 10 block of North Chestnut Street.
4:43 p.m. A woman was cited on suspicion of shoplifting and trespassed from the property in the 1800 block of East Main Street.
9:11 p.m. A woman was arrested on suspicion of assaulting a peace officer, obstruction, harassment, disorderly conduct and false reporting in the 1300 block of East Main Street. She allegedly tried to fight people in a parking lot, struck someone and attempted to throw a rock at a vehicle window.
