Friday, June 4

9:51 a.m. A man turned himself in on a warrant at Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

11:06 a.m. A woman was cited on suspicion of driving without a valid license in the 100 block of South Sligo Street. She allegedly rear-ended another vehicle.

11:23 a.m. A woman was cited on suspicion of having a dog at-large, and a man was arrested on suspicion of protection order violation in the 800 block of East Third Street.

6:49 p.m. A man was arrested on four active warrants during a traffic stop in the 500 block of North Mildred Road.

9:32 p.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault, harassment, domestic violence, criminal mischief, protection order violation and driving without a valid license in the 600 block of North Elm Street.

Saturday, June 5

9:31 a.m. A man involved in a physical altercation was arrested on suspicion of introducing contraband, third-degree assault, harassment and disorderly conduct in the 800 block of East Montezuma Avenue.

9:07 p.m. A teenage girl ran away and could not be immediately found in the 400 block of West Seventh Street.

9:16 p.m. Found drugs were turned over to police in the 800 block of South Broadway.

Sunday, June 6

8:50 a.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure, destroying private property, theft and trespassing in the 1800 block of East Main Street. He was allegedly dancing in front of a store with his pants down, damaged school property in an earlier incident and had a stick carved into the shape of a knife tucked under his genitalia.

12:41 p.m. A man was seen going through cars and a woman’s purse was stolen from a vehicle in the 20 block of East Montezuma Avenue. The woman’s phone was later found and returned to her.

3:17 p.m. A vehicle collision occurred in the 1 block of West Main Street.

3:22 p.m. A man was arrested on an active warrant in the 2000 block of East Main Street.

9:02 p.m. A woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI, DUI per se and third-degree criminal trespass in the 2500 block of Trinity Avenue.

Monday, June 7

11:36 a.m. Two people were trespassed from a property, and a man was arrested on active warrants in the 600 block of South Broadway.

12:12 p.m. A hit-and-run crash occurred in the 300 block of South Ash Street. The run vehicle was a green Chevrolet Trailblazer.

12:52 p.m. A woman was arrested on suspicion of violating a protection order in the 600 block of Wyoming Street.

2:12 p.m. A found wallet was turned over to police in the 800 block of East Main Street.

6:33 p.m. A man involved in a verbal dispute was arrested on an active warrant in the 1800 block of East Main Street.

7:14 p.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of violating a protection order in the 400 block of South Cedar Street.

Tuesday, June 8

1:19 p.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of harassment in the 700 block of North Park Street. He allegedly attempted to break down a door and was yelling at staff.

6:03 p.m. The same man from a call earlier that day was arrested on suspicion of first degree criminal trespass in the 1200 block of Animas Street. He refused to leave a residence and was behaving aggressively.

Wednesday, June 9

2:01 p.m. A woman was arrested on suspicion of first degree criminal trespass, first degree assault on a peace officer and criminal mischief in the 400 block of East Main Street. She allegedly threw trash into the street, destroyed property in a neighborhood, resisted arrest and kicked police vehicles.

6:38 p.m. A vehicle and motorcycle collision with serious injuries occurred in the 1400 block of South Chestnut Street.

11:19 p.m. A vehicle window was broken with a rock in the 300 block of South Washington Street.
