7:23 a.m. A stolen vehicle was reported in the 300 block of West Main Street. The vehicle was recovered, and no charges were pressed.

9:34 a.m. A man was cited on suspicion of a protection order violation at Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

12:11 p.m. A man was arrested on two active warrants in the 10 block of South Ash Street.

12:58 p.m. A man was arrested on an active warrant in the 1800 block of East Main Street.

3:59 p.m. A black Labrador-mix attacked and bit a man in the 1300 block of North Mildred Road.

5:01 p.m. A bike was stolen in the 200 block of East Third Street.

Thursday, April 8

2:59 a.m. An arrest warrant was requested for a woman involved in a domestic abuse complaint in the 700 block of South Broadway.

7:38 a.m. A woman turned herself in on an active warrant at Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.

9:18 a.m. A woman was arrested on an active warrant in the 300 block of South Elm Street.

10:49 a.m. Two space heaters, a cellphone and a laptop were stolen in the 30 block of North Beech Street.

11:43 a.m. A man was arrested on an active warrant in the 500 block of East Main Street.

12:08 p.m. A man was cited on suspicion of failure to yield the right of way and causing a crash in the 1 block of North Mildred Road.

3:24 p.m. A man was arrested on an active warrant and cited on suspicion of possessing a weapon as a previous offender and another man was arrested on an active warrant in the 600 block of South Washington Street.

Friday, April 9

11:06 a.m. A phone was stolen in the 500 block of South Madison Street.

12:09 p.m. A bike was stolen by a man in the 400 block of West Oak Street.

1:41 p.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of second-degree assault and protection order violation in the 300 block of West Fifth Street. He was served two additional warrants once in custody.

5:57 p.m. A man and woman were trespassed from a property in the 500 block of East Main Street after a family disturbance.

7:50 p.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault in the 300 block of East Main Street. He allegedly attacked several people in a restaurant.

8:29 p.m. Theft and unemployment fraud were reported in the 2500 block of South Broadway.

Saturday, April 10

7:48 a.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of DUI and unlawful use of a controlled substance in the 2300 block of East Main Street.

9:34 a.m. A man was arrested on an active warrant in the 500 block of East Main Street.

9:34 a.m. A protection order violation was reported in the 600 block of North Park Street. A man was impersonating a woman and posting videos on her YouTube account.

10:37 a.m. A woman was arrested on an active warrant and cited on suspicion of three counts of violating felony bond conditions in the 800 block of East Main Street.

11:26 a.m. A woman was cited on suspicion of failing to yield the right of way and causing a crash in the 1100 block of East Main Street.

11:35 a.m. Shoplifting was reported in the 2200 block of East Main Street.

12:39 p.m. A woman was arrested on suspicion of harassment and domestic violence and was served with two warrants in the 800 block of East Main Street. She allegedly attacked another woman by knocking her to the ground and kicking her several times.

3:55 p.m. A phone was reported lost or stolen in the 1800 block of East Main Street.

4:57 p.m. A hit-and-run crash was reported in the 1300 block of North Mildred Road.

7:54 p.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of DUI, and his license was revoked in the 20 block of South Beech Street.

Sunday, April 11

2:01 a.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of driving while ability-impaired, operating a vehicle without an approved interlock device, open container and protection order violation in the 800 block of South Broadway.

10:15 a.m. A firearm was reported stolen in the 500 block of West Sixth Street. The suspect has several active warrants and is suspected to have attempted to sell the firearm to juveniles through social media.

2:01 p.m. Fraudulent charges on a man’s bank account were reported in the 600 block of North Park Street.
