5:29 p.m. A woman reported a stolen bicycle from her residence on the 400 block of West 7th Street. The bike was later recovered at City Market.

Wednesday, Sept. 30

3:48 p.m. A man was arrested and charged with harassment and domestic violence after police responded to a possible fight near the Cortez Recreation Center.

5:29 p.m. A man was arrested and charged with open container and alcohol possession at Parque De Vida after police responded to a possible fight.

Thursday, Oct. 1

9:10 a.m. A motorist was stopped for an expired tag on South Sligo Street. The driver was ticketed for multiple traffic violations.

9:44 p.m. A woman reported that her ex-husband was following her vehicle, honking and displaying rude hand gestures. The man was arrested and charged with harassment and domestic violence after police determined that he sent a text message requesting sex.

Friday, Oct. 2

8:48 a.m. A woman reported that she was repeatedly hit in the face at her residence at Oak Meadows Trailer Park. A man was later arrested and charged with violating a protection order, violating bond conditions and assault.

4:40 p.m. A German Shepard bit an eight-year-old boy after he attempted to retrieve a swimming pool that blew into a neighbor’s back yard. The dog’s owner signed a home confinement agreement.

9:57 p.m. A woman was arrested and charged with DUI and careless driving after a traffic accident on the 600 block of West 3rd Street.

Saturday, Oct. 3

1:12 p.m. A woman was ticketed for alcohol possession at City Park.

1:24 p.m. A man was ticketed for disturbing the peace after he urinated on a tree at Parque De Vida.

1:49 p.m. A woman was ticketed for alcohol possession at City Park.

7:14 p.m. A motorist was stopped for driving with a busted taillight along the 10 block of East Main Street. The driver was arrested and charged with DUI, driving with a suspended license, lack of insurance and defective vehicle.

7:19 p.m. A man was arrested and charged with disturbing the peace after reportedly throwing a bar stool inside Blondie’s Trophy Room. The man attempted to flee the scene on foot down a downtown alleyway.

11:27 p.m. An employee at West Slope Liquors was arrested on multiple warrants and violating bond conditions after police observed open containers on the counter.

Sunday, Oct. 4

11:20 a.m. A man was ticketed for alcohol possession and open container at City Park.

5:25 p.m. A woman reported that she was missing $400 in cash, multiple debit cards and personal documents from her residence at Cortez Park Apartments. She also reported that her cell phone was hacked.

7:37 p.m. A man was arrested and charged with violating bond conditions after a verbal confrontation with his mother at a residence on the 1000 block of Cornett Street.

Monday, Oct. 5

1:52 p.m. A woman was ticketed for alcohol possession and open container at City Park.

2:44 p.m. An employee at Rocky Mountain Offenders Management Systems reported the theft of an ankle monitor valued at $1,575. An arrest warrant was requested.

5:59 p.m. A woman was ticketed for dog running at large and unlicensed dog on the 1500 block of Mesa Verde Street after neighbors filed a complaint.

Tuesday, Oct. 6

11:29 a.m. A man was arrested and charged with alcohol possession and open container at City Park. Another man was ticketed and released on similar charges.

1:30 p.m. A man was arrested and charged with shoplifting and trespassing after he attempted to steal food items valued at $12 from Wal-Mart.

5:10 p.m. A man was arrested and charged with violating a protection order after police responding to a call that a man was yelling profanities at middle school students near North Beech Street and East 1st Avenue.

5:50 p.m. Two men were ticketed for open container and possession of alcohol near the water dock on North Park Street.
