Manaugh Elementary Principal Whitney Rapp and her students celebrate as Cortez-based Osprey Packs donates packs to the school on Friday. The company gave away 100 backpacks to students at various local schools, said Katie Meyer, of Osprey. Rapp said teachers will hand out the packs to students who need them. “For kids who receive one, they are super happy and so proud to own a quality backpack that holds up,” Rapp said. “It lasts year after year and can be used for other activities as well.”
