The Cortez Police Department and Fire Protection District responded to a one-vehicle crash on Lebanon Road about 3:08 p.m. Tuesday. The driver, an elderly woman, and was taken to the hospital for tests, according to police Sgt. Glenn Edwards. She was cited for careless driving.
