The Durango Police Department responded Monday afternoon to a head-on crash on U.S. Highway 160, near the turnoff for Colorado Highway 141 (Wildcat Canyon), in west Durango.

Cmdr. Ray Shupe said the crash caused Highway 160 to be reduced to two lanes, one lane in each direction. As of 4:20 p.m., the highway had fully reopened.

Shupe did not have additional details as of 4 p.m. Monday.
