The Veterans of Foreign Wars raises the largest flag in Cortez during a ceremony for the new flag pole at the Antique Corral. The flag is flying at half-staff in honor of Pearl Harbor Day. Owner of the Antique Corral Cheryl Dean said she has always wanted to fly a large American flag, and this is a dream come true. The flag measures 16 by 28 feet.
