I enjoyed reading the story, “I gotta do what I gotta do.” Armando Leiva and his wife, Heidi, are responsible parents, working multiple jobs to support their two children. It seems the main focus in the news is always about the rising homeless population, many of whom choose not to work!

Thank you, Durango Herald, for printing the story about the Leiva family. Their story is an example of working hard to make a life for themselves and their family. It gives me hope for our community!
