Storytimes take place every Thursday
Cortez Public Library's preschool Raising Readers Storytime program is held at 10:30 a.m. Thursdays at the library, 202 N. Park St. Storytimes will be outdoors during the summer, weather permitting.
Storytime themes are:
- Aug. 5: Camping
- Aug. 12: Authors and llustrators, The Berenstains
- Aug. 19: Baseball
- Aug. 26: Beach
Raising Readers Storytime offers songs, stories and crafts, and uses the Early Childhood Literacy Initiative program.
