There will be a sign-lighting ceremony for the iconic Aztec Theatre sign Tuesday, Jan. 25, at 5:30 p.m.

The sign has been out of operation for 10 years.

The city of Aztec’s Metropolitan Redevelopment Plan and the 2040 Comprehensive Plan identified the rehabilitation of the Aztec Theatre sign as a priority for the community.
