It’s time once again to make plans to participate in the annual Ute Mountain Ute Roundup Rodeo Parade on Saturday, June 8, at 5 p.m. in downtown Cortez.
The theme for the 83rd annual event is “Saddle Up — Follow Your Dreams.”
The parade will be sponsored by the Cortez Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors, who encourage all hometown businesses, organizations, churches etc., to make this year’s parade the best ever.
There is no fee to participate in the parade, but entrants must pre-register by Tuesday, June 4. Entry forms can be picked up at the Cortez Area Chamber of Commerce, 928 E. Main, or be downloaded from the website at www.cortezchamber.com. For more information, call the Chamber at 565-3414.
