The San Juan Mountains Association will operate its Christmas tree lot from Nov. 23 through Dec. 20 in the D&SNG Railroad parking lot at Camino Del Rio and College Drive in Durango.

The lot will be open from noon to 6 p.m. Sunday-Friday and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday.

The sixth annual tree sale benefits SJMA’s public lands stewardship and conservation education programs.

“We will have White Fir and Englemann Spruce from our local forest and Balsam Fir from a Wisconsin tree farm,” Brent Schoradt, executive director of SJMA, said in a news release.

SJMA is a nonprofit organization that promotes responsible use of public lands.
