Props to letter writer Dave Sipe regarding his view on allowing the county visual blight to continue, “Leave County property rights alone,” (Journal, Aug. 9). And the same to commissioner candidate Rodney Cox and County Planning Director Don Haley. We need honest public opinions.
Our current commissioners claim they’re overwhelmed with complaints about blight. Where are the public voices? Are the complainants too timid to go public? Do they believe this can be solved through an anonymous whispering campaign?
OK folks, you can fish or cut bait.
