4:40 p.m. A man who allegedly tried stealing beer from Safeway was located near 100 Sligo St. and issued a summons for abusing toxic vapors. He was banned from Safeway.
9:08 a.m. A man on a bicycle in the 1000 block of South Broadway was arrested on a warrant.
1:12 a.m. A man found passed out behind the wheel at East Empire Street and East Roger Smith Avenue was arrested on suspicion of DUI, driving without a valid license and failure to present proof of insurance.
10:40 a.m. A man suspected of violating two protection orders was located at 880 S. Chestnut St. and arrested on two warrants.
2:21 p.m. A woman was arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault after allegedly biting her stepfather during an argument at Sonic Drive-In, 436 S. Broadway.
2:09 p.m. A man found inside a for-sale vehicle at Front Row Seat, 610 E. Main St., while allegedly huffing gasoline and possessing an open container, was issued summonses for trespass and possession of an open container.
2:06 p.m. A man refusing to leave the Pinon Project, 210 E. Main St., was arrested on suspicion of obstructing a peace officer and third-degree trespass.
9:19 p.m. A man who allegedly chased a massage parlor employee from Chinese Yang Massage, 804 S. Broadway, was arrested on suspicion of menacing.
12:03 a.m. A driver reported as intoxicated at McDonald’s, 1322 E. Main St., was stopped and arrested on suspicion of DUI and obstructing a peace officer.
10:18 a.m. A man with two warrants was arrested in the parking lot of Dolores State Bank, 744 E. Main St.
6:35 p.m. A previously banned man returned to The Bridge Emergency Shelter, 735 N. Park St., and was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.
7:38 p.m. A man and a woman turned themselves in on multiple warrants at the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St.
